The refund will be equal to the cost of the returned products. Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Milagro de Mayo will also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds will be made through Mercado Pago or any financial platform.


Products purchased from MILAGRO DE MAYO through its online store may be returned and refunded, provided the following conditions are met:

  • If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the MILAGRO DE MAYO brand, as the product received is defective or not corresponds to the product ordered as confirmed in the order.
  • Notify to the email the intention to return the product within 24 hours of receiving the order, indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST .
  • The product must be in perfect condition, keeping its original packaging and labeling.
  • To send the re-entry of the product, the same box in which it was received must be used. In case it cannot be done with the same box, the customer must return it in a box that protects the product until the final destination so that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • In addition, the customer must add a copy of the delivery receipt inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
  • Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, MILAGRO DE MAYO will refund the customer the amount paid in your order and the corresponding shipping costs. The refund of the money will be processed through our payment platform PayU according to its policies for refunds and returns, or through the technological platform that is decided.
  • If the reason is another, the cost of these return costs will be borne by the customer and he must communicate his intention to return to MILAGRO DE MAYO within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the product.
